Ike's Vietnamese Fish Sauce Wings

There's a lot of hype around these chicken wings; Food & Wine magazine named it one of its best dishes in the country, and I keep hearing first-hand accounts of their deliciousness. I'm happy to report that all the rumors are true, and that these salty, sweet, spicy, and sticky wings are a winner. The spicy version is pretty darn spicy; I had to take frequent bites of sticky rice to try to quell the fire. But that's just part of their addictive nature and appeal, I guess, and I can't wait to try them again.
