Cheeseburger!
Bourbon's Bistro - Louisville, KY
Bourbons House Seasoned Burger stacked with Grilled Portabella Mushroom,
Tomato, Pommes Frites and Greens, dressed with an Avocado Jalapeno Mayonnaise,
and an Apricot Bourbon Mustard. I declined adding bacon.
The flavors are all there, but the presentation... "fanciful" is one description, "a freakin' mess" is another. There was no way to eat this beast without a knife and fork. I tried!
The "pomme frites" - only problem with shoestring potatoes is that they get cold very fast.
A very nice place - I'd give them a pass on this one and try something else next time.

holy moly! that's not a burger-- that's a monstrosity! i can't believe you didn't get the bacon. maybe next time : )
