Bourbon Flight
Bourbons Bistro - Louisville, KY
Bourbons Bistro flight of Bourbons. Recommendations from the wait staff and our hotel doorman (almost everyone in Louisville has a thought or two on bourbon). We're not bourbon drinkers so this was a nice way to sample and get a range of bourbon flavors. Fwiw the 12 year Van Winkle was a favorite - less burn than the others, and a very clean finish.
If are into Bourbon and in Loiusiville this is a great place to sample from their list of 130 varieties.
