New England Diver Scallops with caramelized spaghetti squash and a lemon, butter, caper "picatta" sauce.
Can't say enough about this entree or about this restaurant - exceptional from beginning to end in all facets. From it's contemporary art/museum setting to the knowledgeable staff to the food itself; course after course was inventive and surprising without a missed step or the feeling that they were trying too hard. Bar: Jalapina (pineapple + jalapeno flavored tequilla).
The Proof experience is the kind you have that makes you go, "how do we get one of these in my city?"
