Pork Tenderloin Sandwich with Wheatberry salad

Loved this place - has an old Louisville club-ish feel with modern food. This sandwich was excellent (the bread from Louisville's renowned Blue Dog Bakery was special). The roasted pork tenderloin had a spice and was very tender with some very nice garnishes, roasted pepper and havarti cheese with a slightly sweet whole grain mustard.
The salad - never had a wheatberry salad but this has made me a convert. The texture is firmer than expected, just made it seem healthier after a few bites. Nice mildly sweet flavor.
