Brioche French Toast, Eggs

Brioche French Toast - Great orange + vanilla flavored French Toast - light and crunchy with a nice bit of sweet but not too sweet (a bit too much orange for some perhaps).
Eggs scrambled with bel paese cheese ("Bel Paese is from the Lombardy region of Italy. It is a modern, creamery, semi soft cheese and has a light, milky aroma"), green olive tapenade, and a nicely spice/heat piperade sauce.
