Poc Chuc
Mi Lindo Yucatan - San Francisco, CA
Poc Chuc (marinated pork) from Mi Lindo Yucatan in Noe Valley in SF, a Yucatecan restaurant. This dish was surprisingly good, with a really nice marinade on the pork, and the accompanying corn tortillas were soft and thick. I enjoyed this meal a fair bit even though I had already had Carne Asada tacos from another place earlier that day.

Would you eat here again?

Nice shot - is a Yucatecan marinade more citrus-ie? I've not had the pleasure - we are lucky to find traditional, real street Mexican food in our city.
Yucatecan food shows a lot of Spanish influence, so yes, a lot more citrus. Otherwise, achiote is probably the dominate spice that's characteristic of Yucatecan food.
