Excellent restaurant on the high end scale in Louisville. This app was a fine example of the style of food - elegant presentation and close attention to detail. Hearts of palm filled with sushi grade tuna topped with cabiar. Perhaps the most impressive was the savory carrot puree. Great combination of flavors in a beautiful service.
