It's Bakesale Betty's signature offering: breaded, deep-fried chicken breast on a roll with cole slaw and jalapenos. It's perfect, delicious, hearty. They're made fresh throughout the day, and they do go fast.
There are plenty of sweet treats to enjoy as well. In summer, there are slabs of decadent strawberry shortcake. Or get a fat cookie or scone. Yum.
