"Fried Chicken"-an American Story by John T. Edge has proclaimed Belgrade Gardens as a great chicken house to visit when in North central Ohio. This all white meat (moist!!) chicken dinner comes with your choice of three sides, such additions would include cole slaw, fries,cottage cheese, applesauce etc. Pictured sides are Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Green Beans and "Hot Sauce" a version of a tomato rice slurry. The Amish chicken is always fresh never frozen, the coating on the chicken is toasted bread crumbs. Think old school restaurant ,this restaurant is more than 2 hours from where I live, hence the not eating there again anytime soon.
