Korean Pancake

Liberty Tavern - Powell, OH

One of the most interesting and tasty menu items I've ever had at a tavern/bar/pub - we'd love to see more of these joints stretch out and try to add a little creativity to their app menus.
Shittake, baby shrimp, shredded carrot, a great sweet and spicy hoisin/seasame dipping sauce and a cool sliced pickled cucumber relish with dill.
