Cuban roast pork tenderloin w/ latin olive, caper and cachucha pepper salad pressed on pan cubano with shaved manchego cheese.
Excellent! The salad is like a muffaletta type olive spread, rich and with a slight vinegar zing to it, great with the pork.
The small side in the black cup was really different and a big hit for me (wish they sold it to go). It was a potato salad made in what they called a traditional crab boil style, with Old Bay seasonings etc. Best, most unusual p-salad I've had in a long time.

I had this the other day on my visit to the bean. It was a flavor that I have never had a chance to eat before. I love the Banana Bean best food ever.
