Pan Seared Scallops

Pan Seared Scallops with a Bourbon Maple Sauce w/ Braised Kale and Red Skin Potatoes.
Very generous!! 5 scallops all seared to perfection! There too is an app. portion with only two scallops if you want your dish smaller.
The 2 1/2 stars are due to the fact the food could have been hotter in general and the dish itself was quite salty.
