Hush Puppies with Clover Honey Butter

The hush puppies at Market Table in the West Village are a perfect execution of the southern favorite-- little balls of dense cornbread batter deep fried until the crust is golden. Pair the hot little nuggets with fresh butter whipped with sweet honey and topped with sea salt, and they're instantly addictive. I've had them twice this week! And there's a good chance I'll be back for more before too long.
