Baby Back Ribs

Baby Back Ribs w/ the usual suspects for sides: smokie "baked" beans and green beans. It seems to be a standard method in the area to keep your ribs in a warmer and serve as ordered from there. Unfortunately this means the ribs are not hot hot, but maybe that's the norm. They were meaty and dee-licious at whatever temp, and the sides were well done too. Sauce was the more vinegar of South Carolina style - good too.
