Twice-Baked Grits Souffle with Wild & Exotic Mushroom Ragôut, Aged Sherry-Mushroom Emulsion & Shaved Confit Foie Gras.
One of my all-time favorite restaurants and this time was right up there. The kind of food you eat s-l-o-w-l-y so you can enjoy every bite. This area - the Chapel Hill and Durham NC area - is loaded with some fine food people and great food destinations. Can't wait to go back!
