Wild Mushroom Omelet

Inn at Little Washington - Washington, VA

Perfection on a plate. The omelet was moist and tender with a mix of local mushrooms and farmer's cheese. The potatoes were perfectly shaped cubes and perfectly deep fried - crunchy outside and tender inside. I may need to visit a few more times though before I get used to the (perfectly) done warm tomato.
The Inn experience is really up to you. Overall, if you are in the mood to simply enjoy you will. If on the other hand you want to nitpick or dis, you can do that too.
My only issue was the breakfast set-up. All breakfast guest are given the parfait of fresh yogurt and fruit to start with which is quite filling. If would like to have a warm, more traditional breakfast (eggs) then you have that in addition and you pay for it in addition ($25). On our second morning we begged off the yogurt and asked for just the warm breakfast - but we still had to pay the extra$.
