Silver Dollar Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Inn at Little Washington - Washington, VA

I'd love to have these pancakes when I wake up in the morning!! The bacon on the side was fantastic! These pancakes are more yellow due to the lemon in the recipe and the pancakes were sweeter than most. Thank goodness i was lucky enough to get the recipe!!
