Inn at Little Washington - Washington, VA

I know, it's just crudite, but it's also crudite from TILW, in case anyone wondered what it would look like. And as you might expect it was precisely, perfectly presented from the latest in-season veggies. The radishes - what I associate with "French" radishes often eaten with butter - were a welcome change from my mega grocery variety. There was a just picked snap to everything.
