This is a hidden gem of a restaurant in a "city" that grew up supporting the travelers on busy interstate 70. Located just off the main drag and away from all of it's standard franchise food fare, Firefly Grill feels like it's miles away and even secluded behind an undeveloped wooded lot. The menu offers oak-fired grill and rotisserie specials as well as many popular semi-upscale items, all done by someone with obvious fine dining training but none of the fine dining stuffiiness. You can tell there's a lot of love in this food!
