Shrimp Tempura

Large, succulent pieces of shrimp with a crisp, greaseless, crunchy coating on the outside, goes great with a tall glass of Beer. The sauce was soy based, could have been a little more thicker & complex in flavors but all in all this starter was a sure fire pleaser.
