Fig is one of my favorite restaurants... even though I've only eaten there once. Everything we had in our one visit showed a dedication to food and attention to detail, and execution - without pretense - that we find to be the hallmark of our favorite "New American Food" venues. Local sourcing of all products is integral to the philosophy and Fig is no exception. Take pretty simple ingredients from equally passionate producers/farmers and mix them creatively and you can't go wrong.
