A new favorite - the amazing, near genius thing about this appetizer is that it inextricably has two kinds of hot - the white sauce is a jalapeno tartar sauce, and the orange is sriracha. You get mild heat from the creamy jalapeno and then big, sharp heat from the sriracha. Most restaurants would have stopped at one, but BV goes for the extra variation - it never over powers the shrimp either. The end result is more depth, more flavor fun in this one app. than you get in most complete meals.
