Art's Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Mashed Roasted Garlic Yukon Gold Potatoes only presented on the menu on Sundays. Best known as Oprah's personal Chef. Boneless pieces of white & dark meat, tender and crispy with the right amount of savory. I was a little surprised the chicken was not pieces and parts, but I soon learned from the Chef himself his clientele wanted less mess so he decided to go "boneless" .
