Three-Cheese Macaroni

Table 52's Macaroni and Cheese side dish entree is baked off in the fire oven that is displayed in the first floor dining room, it arrives sizzling and bubbling hot!
Once you have cracked the crispy brown top layer the steam bellows out and you are looking at three cheeses and pasta that are not "creamy" but very oily looking due to the melting cheese effect. Not too say it was bad, it's just not what I had anticipated.
