Semifreddo S"mores

Niche - St Louis, MO

Deee-lish! With toasted marshmallow, salted milk chocolate and house made graham cracker. Almost too much and too rich for me at the end of a generous meal, but it was so good I let that slide. The semifreddo is less heavy than ice cream would be so that helps. The graham cracker is a nice touch.
