Pepper rubbed NY Strip Steak served with a Poblano pan sauce and grilled vegetables over Dave’s overnight chipotle beans.
Without question the best NY Strip I have ever had in one of my favorite new restaurants. The poblano pan sauce was a nice earthy match for the steak and Dave's overnight beans so completely and perfectly rewrite what "baked beans" can and should be, that as awesome as the steak was they almost stole the show.
