Bone In Ribeye

Heron's - Cary, NC

Great ribeye. The pickled beets were great too. The sweet potato mash with walnuts were too sweet for my tastes but a lot more trips to North Carolina may change that.
A gorgeous (a bit high priced imho even for the local) restaurant in the beautiful Umstead Hotel in Cary, NC.
