Fried Pickles

Some what famous fried pickles from a well known bar in Raleigh. There was a debate as to whether ours were a little over salted - I loved them and combined with the dipping sauce they were addictive. I appreciate the new take on bar food which is sadly, typically easy to predict and often uninspired and fried/frozen. A ton of opportunity for gastropub chefs to stand out and show their creativity.
Loved this bar - easy to see why it's popular. Plenty of different atmospheres within one location inside renovated newspaper offices, rough charm. Best of all is the beer selection; local + a comprehensive list of Belgian brews are available.
