Egg scramble with Virginia Ham and white cheddar

Parker & Otis - Durham, NC

Upscale yet informal, rustic and modern, and a just little pretentious, Parker and Otis is little like Foster's Market also in Durham. Love both places and the food at both places is well thought out and mighty tasty, if a tad expensive.
This was an excellent scramble, but for 12 bucks (+ OJ) ... it damn well better be!
