Roast Duck Breast

Roast Duck with Sour Cherry Zinfandel Sauce. This sauce was velvety smooth, rich and luscious, the best part of the meal. The duck breast was roasted with a little pink left in the center of the meat which added to a good mouthfeel. Chef David was gracious enough to lend his technique as to how the sauce was made. Lovely service and a charming Chef in downtown heart of Raleigh.
