Chicken Sopes & Chorizo Tacos

Taqueria La Vaquita - Durham, NC

More than a "taco wagon," La Vaquita is a nice place to go for your Mexican cravings. The tacos were great, but the Sopes were my favorite. Great fried corn base with highly seasoned chicken on top. Next time I skip the tacos and go through the list of sopes.
Get your food to go or sit outside (no indoor seating).
