Duck Terrine

Enoteca Vin - Raleigh, NC

Duck terrine wrapped with Prosciutto, with Whole grain Mustard and Toasted French Bread, Onion Jam. This was great. Terrines aren't done very much in the US so it's nice to get one when it's available and especially when it's so well done.
The rest of the menu is similar in terms of being more European in flavor.

From their site:
"Our food at Vin is always driven by the season. Emphasizing clean, clear flavors, we approach food with simplicity and honesty. We strive to showcase each ingredient with respect to its origin and innate character. Our menu is designed to encourage an inspiring, well-rounded dining experience. From small plates to house made pastas, artisinal cheeses to cured meats, aged balsamics to seasonal entrees...a variety of experiences are available. We proudly accept the responsibility of supporting our local and organic farmers and purveyors. Our ingredient-driven menu is built around their offerings. In addition to our local purveyors, we seek out some of the finest producers in the country including; Niman ranch, Brown Trading Company and Formaggio Kitchen. We buy only the best, and it's our hope--our mission to serve only the best."
