There are some great "must eat" food places in Raleigh and certainly the Times is one of them. Their food is elevated pub food - that is, pub food that has been given some thought beyond just simple preparation and meeting food costs. Their take on F&Chips is great, not as flamboyant as some of their other pub food twists, but it will definitely satisfy your craving.
