Beef Burger w/ Herb Shallot Spread

Heron's - Cary, NC

Burger w/ sweet potato fries. Room service at The Umstead, a little later than we would have liked but the taste was there. I loved it, tender juicy, great bun, an interesting take with the herb shallot spread. It will take a while before we are big s-potato fries fans, but we're working on it. ;)
