Pappardelle alla Sugo di Carne

Pappardelle Pasta with Ohio braised Pork and Fontina Fonduta. This dish was very succulent with the slow cooked pork, the pasta was a little too al dente for me and the dish could have definitely been hotter. I would most likely try another dish on the menu next time.
