Gusto has 4 to 5 different outlets you can dine at while in Rome, we choose the "Osteria". This is also a wine bar, pizzeria, restaurant or casual take out patio. This steak was served rare with roasted potatoes and a small simple green salad. Good food in a comfortable atmosphere with friendly service. Be warned though, if you look like a tourist you will get the "tourist" menu. Gusto also has a great gourmet kitchen supply shop right next to all their restaurants.
