Colletti's Smokehouse Burger
The Good Stuff Eatery - Washington, DC
Busy eatery in DC started by "television personality" and Top Chef contestant Spike Mendelsohn (the guy with the hats). This was a very tasty burger from a pretty darn good burger joint. If you like burgers and are in DC area it is worth a visit for sure.
My only negatives are the longish wait (usually a sign of good food), and the price. Others have commented that the burgers are on the smaller side but I'm not looking for a giant burger for lunch - trust me, you'll get your fill.
Fries are outstanding, the toasted marshmallow shake (just barely on the sweet side) was a clear winner. I'd like to know more about the name - "Milk-Ice-Gelato-Custard-Cream." Maybe in DC it's good to be all things for all people :)
The dipping sauces for the fries made with sriracha and chipotle infused mayos were inspired - Spike & Co. totally get what people want from a modern day burger place... except maybe the price.

Would you eat here again?
