Chicken Suiza Enchilada

As the menu states this enchilada is made with two soft corn tortillas filled with pulled roasted chicken, topped with a creamy tomatillo sauce and melted Chihuahua cheese, it's a pure smoky
melt in your mouth sensation! The flavor profiles are spot on.... if only Rosa Mexicano would come to central Ohio.
