Ginger Chili BBQ Ribs
12 Bones Smokehouse - Asheville, NC
12 Bones is only open for lunch so get there early! We arrived there one afternoon on a very gray rainy day and there a line forming already. I'd eat here everyday if I could, the ribs were outstanding! Smoky, charred, meaty and tender-some of the best ribs I've ever had. The sides are very tasty as well, treat yourself and take home a few bottles of their homemade sauces, our favorite was the jalapeno.
