Located in Testaccio this historic 1887 family restaurant is serving up authentic classic Roman dishes paired with a fantastic wine list. When in Rome this restaurant is a must! This pasta carbonara was one of the best I've had ever! Much of the menu is large and there are a number of dishes with offal. Service was nice, our server did understand English and the best part was we were NOT given "special" dumb downed menus even though we were American tourists.
